UK delivery information
Our UK delivery costs are post code dependant and normally delivered within 5 - 7 working days. Some parts of England, Wales, Scotland and Ireland are a 8-10 delivery service. Please call us and let us know if your order is urgent, we can then do our utmost to deliver on time and to meet your expectations.
When placing an order on this web site you will need to enter your post code twice, on the first page with all your other address details and then on the next page you need to enter your postal town i.e. BH - Bournemouth. The inital checkout page will show the shipping costs to Aberdeen just because this is the first in the alphabetical listings. Once you have entered your postal town (2nd page) the correct carriage cost for your post code will be shown in the checkout.

Carraige on UK orders is for shipment using our carrier on a standard two/three day service. If a faster service is required, additional charges will apply.
Damages and short shipment claims:
Any request for replacement goods as a result of damage in transit will be processed upon receipt of photographs of the damaged units. Please check your orders fully upon arrival, PRIOR to signing for receipt. If the delivery note is signed for as undamaged we will NOT be able to make a claim back on the couriers.
In the unlikely event that items are missed off your order, we will send you the missing products using the next available courier service.
Returns:
Returns are by prior arrangement only and may be subject to a 15% handling charge.
